By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• Quotes: All fees displayed on the site are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed upon our formal engagement letter or quotation.
• Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
• Refunds: Professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Government fees (e.g. statutory filing charges) may be refunded only if returned by the authorities to us.

All content, logos, designs, text and graphics on the Site are owned by Musecorp Legal Solutions or its licensors,
and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
