1. Scope of Refunds

  • Professional Fees: Eligible for refund (after applicable deductions) if requested within the refund period.
  • Government Fees: Refundable only if the corresponding authority returns the amount to us.

2. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment. After 30 days, payments are considered non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Charge

A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refundable professional fees to account for administrative costs and work already completed.

4. Change of Service (Within 3 Days)

If you wish to switch to a different service, you must request the change within 3 days of your original payment. We will adjust your engagement accordingly, subject to the availability of the new service.

5. How to Request a Refund or Change

6. Processing & Refund Timeline

  • Refund Method: Processed back to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing Time: Typically within 3 to 5 weeks after receiving complete documentation and approval.

7. Important Notes

  • Work Already Performed: Refunds will not apply for services already initiated (e.g., drafting, filings, consultations).
  • Government Processing Delays: Musecorp cannot refund or be held responsible for delays or decisions made by government authorities.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Any rejection, delay, or alteration caused by third-party platforms (such as MCA, Income Tax portal) or incomplete information submitted by clients is not eligible for refund.

8. Situations Beyond Our Control

If external factors such as natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, or government service interruptions affect service timelines, Musecorp is not liable for delays or service disruption.
